In June 2016, Huawei’s MateBook — a tablet PC with a floppy keyboard — convinced me that the company had a few great ideas for Windows 10 devices. Since then, the Chinese firm released the ground-breaking MateBook X and the popular MateBook X Pro.In…By The Verge
Last year’s Huawei’s MateBook X Pro was a stunner of a laptop. Not only was it incredibly competent in all the major categories that matter — power, portability, design, build quality, keyboard, trackpad, even battery life — it was also incredibly…By Engadget
Ultimately, if you’re looking for Windows power in a MacBook-like body, the MateBook 13 is worth considering. It doesn’t stand out or break new ground, but it is a capable machine. Just know that there are plenty of other options you should be looking…By technave.com
So how much does this Matebook 13 cost? Well, the one that we reviewed is the i7 Intel core model, so that’s RM4399. If you want the cheaper one, that’s RM3999. That is kind of expensive but that’s probably because of the awesome OneHop feature, the 2K…By Legit Reviews

Experts Reviews for Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
By TomsHardware
The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is still the best detachable 2-in-1 around with a beautiful display and solid battery life, but its port selection is stuck in the past and its storage should be faster.By MobileSyrup
“The Surface Pro 6 is the most refined product of Microsoft’s vision for the future of portable computing. By correcting a few small flaws, the Surface could be the perfect Windows machine”By NotebookCheck
The small difference in application performance raises the question whether or not the i7 model is really worth its high premium. Performance junkies will profit from the i7, which turned out to be 22% faster under sustained load.By TechAdvisor
With an upgrade to the latest 8th-gen Intel processors, all Surface Pro 6 models get a decent performance boost but it’s hard to find any other changes from the previous two generations. That’s not a bad thing – unless you need a USB-C port – and it’s still a good buy if you’re after a Windows 10 tablet that also works as a laptop.By PCWorld
Microsoft’s Surface Pro 6 is the latest iteration of its iconic Windows tablet, complete with an 8th-generation, quad-core chip inside of it. While it’s nearly identical to earlier Surface Pro versions, that means its design remains one of the best—plus, it offers very good battery life compared to similar competition.
DESIGN
Huawei MateBook 13:
It’s pretty clean designed here. It’s actually very good, but you got two intakes here to chill that chip set. You also get the speakers on the bottom, and I’m not a fan of that, I’ll talk a little bit more about the design choice though, and some of the trade offs with this device. All right, looking at the keyboard here, very familiar design that Huawei’s been using for it’s last few laptops, edge to edge design here, about 1.2 millimeter for travel, back-lit, really good typing.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
I’m saying this surface line is need of a redesigned the pro 6 features the same case as the last two models, this latest surface isn’t a major redesign we’ve been waiting for but it’s still a great option for anyone looking for a unique ultra portable PC and at least it finally comes in black again there is one wrinkle for Microsoft though the surface go it’s great new tablet PC now that there’s a cheaper way to get most of the surface experience in a much smaller package there may be less of a reason to spend extra for the pro model.
WEIGHT & DIMENSIONS
Huawei MateBook 13:
I’ll just talk about the key features the weight of this laptop is 2.8 six pounds what does that mean super thin super lightweight.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
While measuring it 8 point 5 millimeters thick and weighing 1.7 pounds almost.
KEYBOARD AND TOUCHPAD
Huawei MateBook 13:
I have to say that the keyboard is really nice I like that it’s clicky it’s backlit as most are but this one’s pretty bright I’m in a coffee shop there’s Sun coming in through the window and it I mean you can see it’s good otherwise the trackpad I’m really happy is a precision trackpad if you don’t know that it’s where Microsoft and Windows internally handle the drivers for the trackpad as opposed to the manufacturers which is how it used to be and it feels good.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
For the keyboard hasn’t changed from last year it still offers a great typing experience with wonderful responsiveness and a solid amount of key travel and the trackpad remains smooth and accurate it’s just a shame you have to pay extra for the cover since it’s practically a requirement if you want to use the pro 6 as a PC and just to remind you this is actually a computer and not a typical tablet.
PORT SELECTION
Huawei MateBook 13:
One side of laptop we have got USB type-c charging you got a headphone jack and a mic and on the other side another USB type-c.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
For the selection of port the USB 3.0 connection a mini DisplayPort a headphone jack and a surface power connection and there’s also a micro SDXC card slot tucked under the kickstand it would have been nice to see Microsoft include USBC though since that would have given us another option for charging like on the surface go the surface pro 6 starts at 899 with a core i5 CPU a gigabytes of RAM and a 128 gigabyte SSD that’s much better than last year’s.
DISPLAY
Huawei MateBook 13:
For the display you got a 13 inch full view touchscreen display with a 3.2 aspect ratio you heard that right touch screen display now for everybody that’s getting ready to say this is a fake MacBook MacBooks don’t have touchscreen displays now this is also 2k resolution that’s 2160 by 1440 200 for the PPI Patrol’s now for the brightness this goes all the way up to 300 nits now y’all remember the LG G 7 the nits 300 nits that’s pretty bright now you get 88% screen to body ratio with four point four millimeters thin bezels.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
The twelve point three inch display is brighter and features more contrast while keeping the same sharp 267 pixels per inch in our testing the surface pro 6 didn’t feel significantly, different than last year’s model our rafi model featured a Core i5 8250 u CPU eight gigabytes of RAM and a 256 gigabyte SSD it had no trouble keeping up with my daily workflow which involves opening up dozens of tabs multiple documents playing Spotify juggling tons of flat conversations and doing some occasional photo editing.
BATTERY
Huawei MateBook 13:
The battery when you plug your headphones in you got Dolby Atmos and you get fast charging now wall weight claims 15 minutes where the charge will give you two and a half hours.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
The battery life was also better clocking in at 15 hours and 34 minutes in our rundown compared to 13 hours and 40 minutes last year after using it in a typical eight-hour workday it had around 20% battery life, left as for the surfaces kickstand it’s usually takes a bit of practice for newcomers it’s mostly stable on a flat surface as you’d expect.
PERFORMANCE
Huawei MateBook 13:
For the overall system performance but the pro sixes 3d mark scores were a bit higher than last year’s but I had no problem balancing the computer on my lap – there are some occasions where the hinge gets in your way though. I had a lot of trouble holding the surface pro steady as I was trying to get work done in a crowded subway car for the most part I use the surface pro 6 as a laptop but it still works very well as a tablet it’s not as finger friendly as an iPad though since Windows is still mostly geared toward desktops and notebooks.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
The Surface Pro 6 lasted a strong 9 hours and 20 minutes at our web surfing battery test, nearly 2 hours longer than the Surface Pro 5’s 7:30. Expect blazing speed from this 2-in-1, with performance scores about 47 percent higher than the last mode of the Microsoft model.
CONCLUSION
Huawei MateBook 13:
I found that this has been a bit hit-and-miss but when it does work it’s pretty cool so if you have a another Huawei device like a smartphone you can let’s say take an image with your phone like, I did here with the laptop and then you tap this area over here with your smartphone and there it goes it sends basically through the smartphone over to your laptop directly so the Huawei MateBook 13 is preety cool laptop, which is very useful I will recommend you to buy this laptop it’s pretty nice laptop and it’s worth it.
Microsoft Surface Pro 6:
I found it to be fast enough for basic productivity work it’s also more portable and cheaper while offering a similar surface experience kickstand and all to be honest. I’ve spent more time with the surface laptop than the pro over the last year simply because it works more like a traditional notebook. I don’t need to worry about balancing a kickstand or making sure the keyboard cover stays attached properly this is a real competition for Microsoft hardcore PC users will always prefer notebooks for many folks it might make more sense to pick up a go as a secondary computer instead of going all-in on the hybrid tablet concept with the pro 6.
