Allegations
soon after the affair allegations Brad was under investigation for becoming verbally and physically offensive with Maddox their oldest son it was reported that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time the Los Angeles Police Department said they weren’t pursuing a criminal investigation against Brad and had no accusations against him.
However the LA County Department of Children and Family Services was investigating the situation then the allegations were given over to the FBI who released a statement that said they were continuing to gather facts and would evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level would be pursued.
But Brad didn’t end up being prosecuted for the supposed incident the FBI didn’t continue because there was apparently no case even though there wasn’t any real evidence of Cruelty happening medics refused to meet with Brad for quite some time.
