JBL PartyBox 100

The differences between the JBL PartyBox 100 and the PartyBox 200 are number 1 the price, the PartyBox 100 you’re getting at two hundred and eighty dollars while for the PartyBox 200 you’re getting at three hundred and fifty dollars. The next difference is the size, the PartyBox two hundred is a lot bigger and a lot heavier than the PartyBox 100. With the PartyBox 100, you don’t have RCA jacks on the back, while with the PartyBox two hundred you do have RCA jacks on the back. Next with the PartyBox 100, you got the microphone and game controls on the back while with the PartyBox 200 you don’t have those controls.

The next difference, with the PartyBox 100 is, you can mount a speaker stand to the bottom of the speaker but you can’t do that with the PartyBox 200. The two biggest differences are number one the speakers. With the PartyBox 100 you got dual five and quarter-inch woofers and dual two and quarter-inch tweeters, with the PartyBox 200 you got dual six and quarter-inch woofers and 3.2 and quarter-inch tweeters. The biggest difference between the PartyBox 100 and the 200 is the battery. With the PartyBox 100, you’ve got 25 hours of battery, that’s going to give you twelve hours worth of playtime. With the PartyBox 200, it doesn’t have a battery, so the speaker always has to be plugged in. So, overall the PartyBox 100 is a way better buy than the PartyBox 200.

You got JBL signature sound, you got your RGB light show, portable with the rechargeable battery, you got your mic and your guitar inputs, wireless Bluetooth streaming, and the battery life are 12 hours. For pairing, when you power it up, you got your RGB lights, and it’s automatically going to go to pairing mode. In order to pair two PartyBox 100 together go to the first speaker hold down the Bluetooth pairing button for about five seconds and you will hear a tone, then go to the second speaker hold on the Bluetooth pairing button for about 5 seconds, you hear the same tone and then after about 10 seconds, they’ll automatically connect to each other.

Ultimate Ears Hyperboom

SOUND QUALITY:

Ultimate Ears Hyperboom

I tested out the sound quality on these when the EQ is on the stock settings. This speaker sounds really loud and good. If this sounds that good, the answer to the question that how does two of these pair together sounds is, it really sounded great. The Hyperboom has more bass and you got to keep this in mind I got the EQ set on flat so I can actually add even more bass. So, if you’re looking for heavy bass go with the Hyperboom. The Hyperboom has really more of deep rich bass, so if you’re buying these for in your house and you like deep heavy bass go with the Hyperboom.

JBL PartyBox 100

The party box is 100 and the party box 200 sounds exactly the same, there’s no difference in the sound quality. I tested out the sound quality on this with maximum volume, and the bass boost turned off, and the base was rumbling on the floor. Then I tested out with the bass boost turned on, and in my opinion, JBL makes the best portable party speakers on the market. The bass on this speaker is incredible, the sound is super loud, and I love this speaker.

The answer to the question if one JBL PartyBox 100 sounds this good, how would to sound paired together is really great and mind-blowing punching bass. When we compare JBL Boombox and the JBL PartyBox, the JBL Boombox sounds a little bit louder and cleaner and has more highs and mids, but the PartyBox 100 definitely has more bass. If you’re looking for a party speaker go with the Partybox 100 you got the RGB lights and more bass. If I was having a party I would rather have two JBL PartyBox 100 because of that thunderous bass. That bass on the PartBbox 100 is rumbling, you can feel it in the floor.

JBL PartyBox 100

WHICH ONE IS WORTH BUYING?

In my opinion, the JBL PartBox 100 is worth buying at its price than the Ultimate Ears Hyperboom because these sounds really great, have good battery life, and good Bluetooth performance at its lower price range than the Ultimate Ears Hyperboom. If the price of the Hyperboom is lower down to around two hundred and fifty dollars or even two hundred and eighty dollars then it may worth its price, in my opinion.

You need a party speaker that can last all night That 24-hour battery life is more than enough to power your parties, even if playing at higher volumes may reduce its longevity a little. The Hyper boom is a great speaker that fills a niche perfectly, but that comes at a cost of $399. Whether or not you should buy it really depends on whether or not you have a few hundred dollars lying around. While I can’t see too many people dropping the money to pick this up (especially when you can get multiple smaller speakers for that price) I don’t see anyone being…

TheThe $399 Ultimate Ears HyperBoom Bluetooth speaker is one of my favorite gadgets of 2020. Ultimate Ears Boom speakers come in a few different sizes, but none as big as the Hyberboom. A supersize wireless speaker that tips the scales at a hefty 13 pounds, the Hyperboom makes the Megaboom 3 look unquestionably puny. The JBL PartyBox 100 is an easy and highly effective way to add good sounding music to your events or parties. The overall quality is very high, both in terms of audio and design/build quality.

By The Empire
Overall, I like the volume it’s capable of pushing out, long battery life, and robust construction I wasn’t keen on the standard sound, it needs tuning, And for $500 bucks if you have 1 or 4 of these its scale-able and even for 1 its a decent unit I’ve got the new UE HYPERBOOM just showed up too so I shall have that review out soon – until next time kids!
